Your ticket is for both the Men’s and Women’s Varsity Matches.

If both the Matches are cancelled or abandoned before kick-off and not re-scheduled  to be played at Twickenham Stadium, or if the Matches are required to be played behind closed doors as a result of Covid restrictions, you will be contacted with details of how to claim a refund of the amount you have paid for your ticket (up to a maximum of the face value of the ticket).

If the Matches are re-scheduled to be played at Twickenham Stadium, you will be contacted and if you are unable to attend the re-scheduled Matches you will be able to claim a refund of the amount you have paid for your ticket (up to a maximum of the face value of your ticket).

Refunds will not be payable under any other circumstances.
Any booking fees paid will not be refunded.
